Returns

If you purchased a Genesis system directly from www.genesispreserve.com and are not completely satisfied with your product, you may return it within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. In order to return your Genesis System, please contact Customer Service at csr@genesispreserve.com or 1-800-993-1726 to receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. 

All returns require proof of purchase and all refunds will be issued back to the original credit card used for purchase. We will reimburse you (excluding all shipping costs) for the purchase price of the returned Genesis System no later than thirty (30) days from the date of our receipt of such returned products accompanied by the applicable RMA. Napa Technology does not reimburse return shipping fees.

Please note: Genesis WineGas Tanks and Capsules are non-returnable and will not be refunded.

If you purchased your Genesis System at one of our authorized retailers, please contact them directly for their return policy information.

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

 

Refunds

All refunds will be issued back to the credit card used for purchase. We will reimburse you (excluding all shipping costs) for the purchase price of the returned Genesis system no later than thirty (30) days from the date of our receipt of such returned products accompanied by the applicable RMA. Napa Technology does not reimburse return shipping fees.
